Why we only build for one industry.

SiteFlash is not a general web agency that happens to have a construction client. Trades and construction are the only thing we build for.

The problem with generic.

Most construction and trade companies are handed the same template an agency also sells to cafés, dentists and hairdressers. It looks fine in a mockup. It does not win jobs, because it was never built to understand what makes a homeowner trust one roofer over another, or what a bathroom fitter’s gallery has to show a nervous customer weighing up an expensive renovation.

SiteFlash exists to close that gap. We only build websites for construction and trade businesses: extensions, groundworks, roofing, bathroom fitting, kitchen installation, landscaping and everything in between. Every decision on your site, from the layout of the quote form to what goes in the first photograph, is made with your industry in mind.

    No cafés, no dentists, no startups. Every site in our portfolio is for a construction or trade business, and it stays that way.

    We never dress up a concept as a finished client site. Concept builds are labelled as concepts and client sites link to the live domain.

  • Fabricate testimonials

    We do not put words in a client’s mouth or invent a five-star review. If we do not have a real one, we do not show one.

  • Lock you into contracts

    No 12-month tie-ins and no early termination fees. Cancel the monthly package at any time.

  • Push you onto a sales call

    Tell us about your business in writing, in your own time. You see the work before anyone asks you for anything.
