All questionsIs there a contract for hosting and support?
No. The monthly package has no fixed term and you can cancel at any time.
What happens if something goes wrong with my site?
Tell us and we fix it. Hosting and fixes are part of the monthly package, so there is no call-out fee and no separate invoice.
Do I get a login to edit the site myself?
No. We make the edits for you, and they are included in the monthly package. Send a message with what you want changed and we do it, so there is nothing to learn and nothing to break.
