The free homepage
What happens after I ask for the free homepage?
We read what you send, design a working homepage around your business and email you a link to it. It can be ready in as little as 48 hours. You look at it in your own time. There is nothing to pay and no call you have to take.
Is the free homepage really free?
Yes. No card and no obligation. We would rather show you what we would build than describe it. If you want it live, that is when a monthly package starts. If you don’t, you owe nothing.
What do you need from me to get started?
A rough idea of your services and the area you cover, plus any photos or logo you already have. We handle the rest and come back with a homepage for you to review.
Pricing and billing
How much does a website cost?
There are two monthly packages: £149 a month for up to 6 pages and £295 a month for up to 12. There is no upfront build fee, and hosting and the domain are included. Larger or more complex sites are quoted individually. See pricing
Is there a contract or tie-in?
No. Packages run month to month with no fixed term, and you can cancel at any time.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. Your domain and your content are yours. We handle hosting and registration for you as part of the monthly package.
Do I need to manage or update the site myself?
No. We make updates and edits for you as part of the monthly package, so there is no website builder to learn and nothing to break.
Process
How fast can my website go live?
Your homepage concept can be ready in as little as 48 hours. Once you approve it, the rest follows quickly because trades are all we build for. Same-day launches are available when a job calls for it.
Can you redesign my existing website instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. We rebuild it from the ground up, keep the parts that already work and improve the rest: the design, the speed and how it is set up for Google.
What if I do not have a domain or hosting?
We sort it. We register your domain, host the site and keep everything running as part of the monthly package, so nothing technical is left with you.
Do you only work with construction and trade companies?
Yes. We only build for construction and trade businesses: builders, roofers, electricians, plumbers, bathroom and kitchen fitters, landscapers, groundworkers, plasterers and more, from sole traders to established firms.
Technical and SEO
Will my site work on mobile?
Yes. Every site is designed for phones first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops, because most of your customers will find you on a phone.
Do you help with SEO after the site is live?
Every site launches with local SEO foundations built in. The Growth package adds 8 local keywords and a quarterly SEO review.
