Lumina Designed
A 35-page website for a studio that designs and builds residential and commercial projects across the UK. The photographs lead, the process is explained, and every page ends on an enquiry form.
Omni Construction Group works across three kinds of client: commercial fit-outs and warehouse conversions, landlords and property managers, and homeowners. Each group searches differently and trusts different proof, so one generic services list would have served none of them.
The company also wanted to be read as a construction company with a range of trades in-house, not as a single-trade firm, and to show the finished work exactly as it was handed over.
The brief changed as the business did. The site launched with a regional focus and was repositioned within days to the line the company uses everywhere now: based in Yorkshire and the Midlands, with contracts taken on UK-wide. The structure made that a copy change, not a rebuild.
Commercial, landlords and property managers, residential. Each sector page is written for that reader, links to the services they buy and shows projects from that sector only.
Roofing, bathrooms, plastering, carpentry, maintenance and general building for local work, plus warehouse conversions, commercial fit-out and restaurant fit-out for contracts won on capability rather than proximity.
The projects index filters by sector. Each project page opens on the full set of photographs the company supplied, then the write-up and spec. The homepage shows one project per sector so the range is obvious at a glance.
The company’s number is a tap-to-call link site-wide, with an enquiry form that carries a spam trap and a visible failure notice, so a visitor is never left guessing whether it sent.
Trade pages are written for the company’s home catchment. Fit-out and conversion pages are written for UK-wide searches, where distance does not decide the result. Breadcrumb and organisation data run on every page and the sitemap is registered with Google Search Console.
Privacy, cookies, website terms, terms of business and an accessibility statement, generated from one source so the company name and details stay consistent everywhere.

If you take on commercial, landlord and domestic work, a single services list hides your range. Sector pages let each reader find their own work in two taps.
Eleven project pages with every photograph beat a paragraph about quality. The homepage shows the range; the project pages show the detail.
When the company widened its coverage, the copy changed and the structure held. A site built as a system takes a change of direction in an afternoon.
